I like it steamed with Weber's roasted garlic seasoning, roasted with olive oil and garlic, and also mashed!

I *have* tried mashed cauliflower. If you're not expecting it to taste like potatoes, it's fine. But I *adore* cauliflower -- eat it raw (with or without dip), roasted with olive oil and salt, boiled with some butter and salt... you name it!

I found a recipe for "Cauli and cheese" that is just like homemade mac and cheese and very tasty. But if you are a no dairy person, it doesn't fit the bill at all. It's really too much dairy for me. But it's an ok way to get the kids to eat cauliflower. I personally love it and would eat it raw, boiled, with just a little butter and salt or any which way.

Great post La! From having 3 kids I had to learn how to be patient, because it can take an 8 yr old 10 minutes to put on his shoes...LOL

We're a one car family, and I've had to learn to wait a lot over the last 3 years. It's still tough - I would really like for certain aspects of my life to change right now, but I think I'm developing at least a little more patience than I've had in the past...
