It is summer and My Guy and I love to cook outside on the grill.
The Grill Master!
He is such a good sport! I hand him the most random bits of fruit and veggies and ask him to figure out how to grill them! We have definately been getting creative! So in honor of it finally be fully grill season- I thought we would show you a week (or so) of our grill meals! ENJOY! I will be happy to share any more details or specifics if you have questions!
These are some YUMMY Tomatoes from the Farmer's Market we bought to grill! Can you say YUMMY!!
Just before we grilled all our veggies one night.. doesn't that look like a yummy spread?!
Perch with homeade cocktail sauce, Onions, Zucchini and Patty Pan Squash
Chicken Thighs with BBQ Sauce- Sauteed Green Beans, Mushrooms and Red Pepper with Persian Lime Olive Oil
- BBQ Chicken, Grilled Potatoes, Asparagus and Onions with Ken’s Steak House Light Salad Dressing
A Rare occasion for us, Steak! Marinated in Ken's Steak House Light Ceasar Salad Dressing, with Grilled local green onions, Tomato and Grilled Romaine lettuce with Feta sprinkled on top.
Chicken & Shrimp Marinated in Garlic Olive Oil, Onions and Rosemary, Roasted Carrots, Radish and Brussle Soroust in Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Thyme- with Lime Juice at last minute... We actually roasted the veggies in our Pampered Chef Bar Pan right on the grill.. covered for 10 minutes- uncovered the rest of the time it took to cook the chicken. Did you see the whole roasted Garlic head?... YUMMY!
This is how we cooked the veggies above... Nice and Easy! We are not afraid to put "pans" on the grill.

Ah... and saving the "best" for last... We grilled our Pizzas one weekend... oh la la!
As I looked for the photos for this post- I realized I have been slacking in the photographing our food dept.. because this week we had Steelhead with BBQ sauce served with Slices of White Onion, Patty Pan squash and Portobello mushrooms all done on the grill… We are having some Yummy Chili Lime Tilapia and those yummy green beans with mushrooms, onoins and red peppers tonight (we do those often- they are so good!) I will take a picture of tonight’s meal and post on Facebook later!
