The Curvy Life Fitness Challenge- Check-in Week 12… and NEW SIGN-UPS!

Hey gang! This was our last week… How did you do? I finally got into some working out this week… worked out 3 times! YAY! It was nice to get going again a bit! Worked out with My Guy at the gym and it was great!

It is so great to have the accountability of knowing you need to check in with us here every week to help keep you on track! It is hard to live your healthy lifestyle every day… but it is important to work at it contonually… eventually the things we do to be healthy DO become habits… I promise! I don’t promise it will always be easy or anything- but it DOES get easier overall!

    Going for 100 miles.
    Some goals I have are to drink less soda (one of my weaknesses) I drink 2 now I will go down to one a day. I also need to watch my sweets!!!!

    I hope to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of this quarter.

    So, first here’s my check-in from the last quarter. For some reason, I didn’t check in last time, so I’m posting mileage for the last couple of weeks.

    Miles this week: 37
    Goal: 150
    Miles left to reach goal: Just 6

    Wahoo! I was only 6 miles short of my goal! :)

    Now, for the next quarter…

    Challenge mileage goal: 175 (challenging myself to go a little further than last time!)
    Drink more water
    Track my points/eating

  6. Count me in for Q2!

    I will run 300 miles in this quarter.
    I will lose the 6lbs of winter weight, plus and additional 15lbs in this quarter.
    I will plan my meals more specifically and leave less chance for straying. Also, I will start the transition into a local and vegan diet.

    I’m signing up for this 12 week challenge!
    Mileage Goal for 12 weeks: 275
    Going to stay strict with 1200 calories a day. I just HAVE to lose these 25#! I’m actually working on a 700 mile goal by September 30th. :)

    Going to try to be better about checking in this Q!

    Mileage goal: 300
    Lifestyle goals:
    Aim to see a positive difference in my body composition between my bod pod sessions in April and June;
    Lose at least another 16 pounds, so I can start to add a little jogging to my walking routine;
    Drink at least 48 oz of water a day;
    Pre-plan meals and eat in at least 3-4 nights a week;
    Keep up hot yoga at least once a week and aim for better balance!

    my mileage goal for this quarter is 140.
    my other goals are to:
    cook more -adding in new recipes
    focus on lean protein & cut out lots of carbs
    pack my lunch for work every day.
