Hey everyone! How are you doing this week? I have NOT been doing so great tracking my food. I find it is hard to maintain all the time …. but also being in maintenance sometimes makes me feel lazy about it too… I guess if I am doing it about 80% of the time… I am doing OK! But I really did want to be consistent for the whole quarter!
How about you guys? How are you doing in being consistent? Are you MOVING regularly? Are you keeping track? Are you getting enough water? Enough sleep?
