Meal Plan Monday

So here we go! (Sorry about the little break last week- things were crazy around here!) Back to the regularly scheduled- Meal Plan Monday! A week of healthy, quick and easy meals to make for you and your family! As usual- please let us know if you make any of these yummy meals and how you and your family like them!!! So- without further ado…

  1. Grilled fish (whatever you like best- I am LOVING Sea Bass these days!) and Creole Tomato Salad
  2. Sweet Mustard Chicken Thighs and Warm Basalmic Potato Salad
  3.  and Stuffed Zucchini
  4. Grilled Tilapia with Smoked Paprika and Parmesean Polenta
  5. Broiled Flank Steak with Warm Tomato Topping serve with a yummy green salad!

Dessert: Blackberry Jam Cake
