I had Jason (my trainer at Lifetime) do my measurements. My first time was somewhere around April 1- and then today! Check out those numbers!! WHOA!!
This week I am very focused on my weekly trianing schedule- I am NOT going to slack on the days I am not meeting Jason or Brian- I AM going to walk and fill in this week with the schedule I put down below.
I was about 242 this morning. (Little more than yesterday- UGH! LOL And at the gym scale I hadn’t gone down at all from last week…) But my goal this week is to get below 240! I want to see 23X!! That for some reason just seems nearly impossible! (If THAT is impossible- how will I ever get down to 150! I need to get my brain rearranged!)
So that is today’s update! Went to the gym- and water aerobics and worked hard! Nighty night!
